Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version is legally binding.

1. Who we are

PuckFlux is operated by Ondřej Vasil (“we”). Contact e-mail for GDPR matters: privacy@puckflux.com.

2. What data we collect and why

We never see your payment card or full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. More at stripe.com/privacy.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data. However, to measure advertising performance we use the Meta pixel, which sends visit data to Meta — only if you consent to it in the cookie banner. We use the following services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Netlify — application hosting
  • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics for the landing page (www.puckflux.com). Collects anonymized data about visits, traffic sources and user behaviour. More at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings on the landing page (www.puckflux.com). Records anonymized user interactions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling). More at privacy.microsoft.com.
  • Meta pixel — advertising performance measurement and remarketing on the landing page (www.puckflux.com). Sends page visit data to Meta. It loads only with your consent in the cookie banner. More at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • Sentry — error logging on the landing page (www.puckflux.com) and in the app (app.puckflux.com). Records anonymized error data: the message, the technical stack trace, the page address and the browser type. No user identity is sent and in the app neither screen recording nor camera capture is enabled. More at sentry.io/privacy.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

  • Access — you can request a copy of everything we hold about you
  • Rectification — your display name can be changed directly in the app
  • Erasure — your account and all data can be deleted directly in the app (Profile → Delete account)
  • Portability — on request we will send you your game data in JSON format
  • Objection — processing based on legitimate interest can be challenged by e-mail

5. Anonymous use

The app can be used without registering. In that case we collect only anonymous statistics (device type, screens visited, game results) tied to a temporary session ID. This data cannot be linked back to an identifiable person.

6. Cookies and local storage

The app (app.puckflux.com) uses no third-party tracking cookies (Sentry, used for error logging, sets none). The landing page (www.puckflux.com) uses the following third-party cookies:

  • Google Analytics — _ga, _ga_* (anonymous traffic measurement)
  • Microsoft Clarity — _clck, _clsk, CLID (heatmaps and session recordings)
  • Meta pixel — _fbp (advertising measurement and remarketing; fr on the facebook.com domain)
  • Sentry — sentry-sc, __sentry_release (error and stability tracking)

It uses localStorage and sessionStorage strictly for functional purposes (storing settings, game results and a session ID for analytics).

7. Deleting your account

Account deletion is available directly in the app (Profile → Delete account). After deletion:

  • All game data, statistics and personal data are deleted
  • For security reasons we keep an anonymized record (a masked e-mail in the form o*****l@gmail.com and the deletion date)
  • Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law (5–10 years) — these records contain no personal data beyond what Stripe retains

8. Changes to this policy

We will announce material changes by e-mail or by a notice in the app. The current version is always available on this page.
