01

Open it on your phone

On your phone, go to app.puckflux.com in the browser.

02

Add to home screen

Tap the Share icon → “Add to Home Screen”. Done in 5 seconds.

03

Set up a tripod

Mount the phone on a tripod above your playing surface. We had good results with the XO C137 floor stand.

04

Drop the puck and play

The camera finds the puck automatically and tracks it in real time. Works with a green Green Biscuit puck or a red street-hockey ball.

It runs as a web app — no App Store, no downloads. Just a mobile browser and adding it to your home screen.

They love it.
You know it works.

Kids don’t need to know they’re training coordination, reflexes and stick skills. They just play. And you don’t have to push yourself — 10 minutes a day is enough and the results come on their own.

🧠

Motor skills and coordination

Every game targets a different movement pattern. Kids won’t even notice they’re training.

Fast reflexes

Reacting to a moving target is the best training there is for the neuromuscular system.

🏒

Hockey-specific

Stick movement, timing, lateral steps — exactly what pays off on the ice.

🎮

Screen-free fun

The games are addictive, but they make you move. Clear conscience guaranteed.

Fewer excuses.
More training.

You know regular training is what decides it. But after work, kids and the drive to the rink, the only energy left is couch-sized. PuckFlux gives you 10 minutes of movement that counts, anywhere — no excuses.

10 minutes is enough

The daily goal is 10 minutes. Fit it in before practice, after work, anywhere.

📈

Visible progress

Leaderboards and stats show you improving. Day by day.

🏠

No commute

No rink, no ice time. Just a stick, a puck and your phone.

🧘

Focus and unwind

Movement with a purpose switches off the overthinking. A mental reset in a hockey jersey.

What it looks like at home

Eight different challenges.
Come play them all.

Dots Catcher

Move the puck and catch the dots. Training precision and focus without overthinking it.

Reaction Drill

The dot disappears. You have to react before it’s gone. Your reaction time improves faster than you’d expect.

Circuit

Keep the puck inside a moving target. Builds smooth movement and stick control.

Corners

Move between the corners. The classic hockey dribbling drill, now at home.

Formula Rush

Dodge obstacles, collect coins. Speed, coordination and rewards in one.

Rhythm

Catch dots on the beat. Training timing and lateral movement to music.

Stickhandling

How many times can you move the puck side to side? The camera tracks every move — measure your pace in real time and beat your own record.

Relay

Stickhandle in each corner, then move to the next one. Four stations against the clock — who gets around fastest?

🎉
Party mode

Play together on one phone. Up to 6 players take turns by nickname, everyone plays their round — and there’s a clear winner at the end. Great at practice and at home.
